In a nine-month stint as an IT Helpdesk Level 2 Support, Joy skillfully maneuvered through the complexities of IT support acquiring technical competence to tackle complex IT challenges, laying the groundwork for the comprehensive services offered by the company. Having served as an IT Helpdesk Team Leader, Joy led teams to excellence, spearheading initiatives that elevated IT support services to new standards. With a strategic mindset, as a former IT Service Desk Escalations Manager, Joy has sharpened her leadership skills and cultivated an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction, ensuring seamless incident management.
